Yes, we normally request a 50% non-refundable deposit (minimum of £27.50) to secure your cake order. For cake orders over £200 we request a £100 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is to secure your cake order and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We request full payment two weeks before your cake due date.
As a rule we only deliver Wedding Cakes as they are set up at the venue. Subject to availability, our cakes can be delivered for free within a 5 mile radius of Bourne, Lincolnshire. Beyond 5 miles, mileage is charged at £2 per mile each way.
Don’t panic it’s OK! If you change your mind about your design, we can accommodate this if you give us at least one month’s notice for wedding cakes and two weeks’ notice for any other cake.
If you cancel your order, more than one month before delivery, there is no additional charge other than the non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required two weeks before delivery.
Please provide as much notice as possible (so as not to disappoint). However, at certain times we may be able to accommodate a shorter notice period. Please call/ contact us immediately, we will try our best to help you with your cake if we can.
In most cases yes we can, however, please contact us to discuss this in more detail.
We do not use nuts in our sponge recipes or in our icing, buttercream or fondant BUT we cannot guarantee that our supplier’s products are free of traces of nut.
All of our cake fact sheets state that some ingredients may include nut traces.
You can have fresh flowers on your cake (provided they are only used for decoration purposes) OR edible sugar flowers if so desired. Let your imagination run wild and create a stunning masterpiece that your friends and family will admire.
Absolutely! You can have whatever you desire. It is very popular to have a different flavour on each tier.
