Bourne2Bake has that special passion and spark that originated from making birthday cakes and other celebration cakes for children, family and friends.

You are not limited to any particular recipe. All our cakes are home baked using only the finest ingredients and are beautifully moist, especially the rich chocolate fudge oil cake. An example of some of our exciting flavours are:

  • Working With A Budget?

    Don't worry! If you have a limited budget and advise us at the outset, we will do our very best to work with you to create your ideal cake within your budget.

  • How Do I Order

    Pick up the phone and call us on 07599 255646 or email us

  • Do I have To Pay A Deposit?

    Yes, we request a 50% non-refundable deposit (minimum of £20) to secure your cake order. For cake orders over £200 we request a £100 non-refundable deposit. The deposit is to secure your cake order and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • When Do You Require The Final Payment?

    We request full payment two weeks before your delivery date.

  • Can Your Deliver to The Venue?

    Yes, we believe this is an essential part of our service. Our cakes can be delivered for free within a 15 mile radius of Bourne, Lincolnshire. Beyond 15 miles, mileage is charged at £1 per mile each way. Alternatively you may collect your cake if you prefer.

  • Changed Your Mind About The Design?

    Don't panic it's OK! If you change your mind about your design, we can accommodate this if you give us at least one month's notice for wedding cakes and two weeks’ notice for any other cake.

  • Cancelling Your Order

    If you cancel your order, more than one month before delivery, there is no additional charge other than the non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required two weeks before delivery.

  • Late Orders

    Please provide a minimum of 2 weeks notice (so as not to disappoint). However, at certain times we may be able to accommodate a shorter notice period. Please call/ contact us immediately, we will try our best to help you with your cake if we can.


  • Can You Cater For Special Dietary Requirements?

    In most cases yes we can however please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

  • Can I Have Eggless, Gluten Free and Diabetic Cakes?

    We can cater for eggless, gluten free and diabetic cakes. Please let us know of any special requirements when placing your order, to be sure, that everyone is able to taste your creation and no-one misses out!

  • Nut free?

    Because the ingredients used to produce our fruit cakes include nuts, we cannot guarantee any of our cakes will be nut free. It is your responsibility to inform us of any potential allergy problems.

  • Use of Marzipan

    On our fruit cakes and sponges we normally use a layer of marzipan to help create a perfect finish for the icing layer and to keep the cake moist. The marzipan we use is delicious, it is made from ground almonds with a high sugar content. If any of your guests do not like marzipan or have a nut allergy, please inform us when ordering so that we can cater to your specifications.

  • Can I have Fresh Flowers on My Cake?

    You can have fresh flowers on your cake OR edible sugar flowers if so desired. Let your imagination run wild and create a stunning masterpiece that your friends and family will admire.

  • Can I have a Combination of Flavours?

    Absolutely!  You can have whatever you desire. It is very popular to have a different flavour on each tier.
